WCW is cleaning house on all of its women performers. Joining the initial purge of Daffney, Paisley, Tygress and Major Gunns are Scott Steiner valet Midajah and Ernest “The Cat” Miller valet Miss Jones.
Eric Bischoff, who has stated in the past that he is not a proponent of women wrestling or valets, would be well served in acquiring the services of ECW’s Dawn Marie, potentially one of the hottest free-agent talents on the market now that ECW is all but done, before the WWF makes the move. Or better yet, make it a package deal, as Dawn’s real-life fiance, Simon Diamond (Pat Kenney), also has “the look” of a star, along with the size and athletic ability.
Miss Hancock (Stacy Keibler), who has a $15,000 base contract with a sizable per-day deal, remains employed by the company.
